We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and any promotional items).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Opened or used spa devices that come into direct contact with skin.

Personal care items (such as facial rollers, cleansing brushes, etc.).

Gift cards or downloadable products.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at spaofharmony@gmail.com.
